We decided to move from Cleveland, OH to the York County, PA area to be closer to family for our daughter's sake. Our selling agent in Cleveland referred us to Tracy Wandress, and we are so lucky that he did. Tracy went above and beyond the call of duty as a buyer's agent and made our relocation/home purchase as seamless as possible. We were short on time to find a house, as ours had sold, and we didn't have the luxury of making 12 hour round trips every weekend to look at homes. A list of criteria was given to Tracy and she spent weeks searching for homes, even going out to look at some in person to determine if they would make the cut. We picked a weekend to look at the homes she set up showings for, with the goal that we would make an offer on one. Our trip to York was successful; out of the homes she picked out for us, we purchased a beautiful one that met all of our needs. Tracy negotiated many factors for us, including being able to settle in Cleveland instead of York. She saved us time, money, and communicated with us every step of the way.
